So this week was a pretty rough one as far as the work went. we contacted and walked all day every day. everything just kept falling through. But we were able to find some pretty cool people.
Nothing really beyond spiritual happened this week. i think the lord sometimes just wants to see if we will keep on trucking.
But, we did have some funny things happen. Of course=)
the best one ever.
I GOT BIT BY AN OSTRICH!!!!
so we are contacting and come to this house and right next door he has a couple ostriches wandering around, naturally i was like hey, can i take a picture with those. so at first i just took pics of them way close, then he said, yeah jump in there. =) so i am feeding them bread and stuff like you do a horse. flat handed. well i had been feeding them for a while and then one just freaked out. it bit my finger and held on! would not let go! i was standing still but totally freaked out of my mind haha it didnt hurt but just scared me. i tried to pull out my hand and it finally let go haha... i got out after that..... but it was really fun. =)
then i saw a capibarra! tell Tyler Whitaker that. remember how we were all joking about those when we looked up my mission. haha yeah, totally real. chained out front of someones house. collar and all. =) it was adorable. i gotta go back and take a pic of it. imma see if they will let me touch and or hold it=) fingers crossed.
so mundial!

not as epic as i thought. some people literally just dont care. haha but yeah it was fun. i like soccer now. =) i get frustrated and all of it right with them. =) its weird i know...
OH good thing i wrote this down. right after i wrote last week was probably one of the funner and more spiritual days of the mish. and i loved it. =) so we went to eat hotdog things and we were in a park and bees kept flying around us. well nothing happened, at that moment.... so i am drinking my coke and earlier there had been an onion that had fallen in as i was eating so i just ate it no big deal. well the last swallow i feel something in my mouth, assuming it was an onion, i bit it. and then my tounge hurt really bad. like a sharp pain. so i was like what the heck and spat it out. IT WAS A BEE!!!!!!!!!! i ate a bee and it stung my tounge!!!!!!! tongue?? idk.
then we played a ping pong tourny, i won. but after we were playing around the world and my comp went over to get the ball near the wall, tripped over himself and when he went to catch himself, hit and completely shattered the window of the church... hahahahaha it was really funny.
then district meeting was just awesome. my best one ive given. i really enjoyed it. and from there i decided that i am going to change the way we do stuff here. and that is why we had a hard week. just the lord seeing if i really wanted what i said i want. so hopefully i proved it.
but yeah. had a really funny few days. =)
