so this letter is going to be a beast. A
LOT happened this week.
first. WE HAD A BAPTISM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we had the interview on monday for the baptism to be on wednesday, cutting it close but it was what we had to do. so we were walking in the street with our zone leader and learning things about my area that i didnt even know... hahaha o_0
well as were walking i see something red hit my arm, zoom straight up my arm and hit me in the face. rationally and logically thinking, i completely freaked out and yelled waving my arms everywhere. =) haha it was funny. what was it? someone somewhere with a lazer pointer.... hahaha we laughed but you just wait till the next time when its A GUN!!! =) hahaha it really was hilarios though. i felt like an idiot=D
it was awesome. well frankly the service was lacking, stinkin kids...

ahaha what ya gonna do. but the
baptism
itself went well and that was what we were worried about. so we started draining it after everyone left... and it was less that a trickle of water coming out. so we spent the next hour, with a pot and a tea pot, hand bailing the baptismal font. hahaha it was a joke. but really fun. we had a good time. and got yoked in the process ;)

then the next day, (thursday) we had to leave for concordia and nothing really happened. so friday. was awesome. a lot happened.
back story, like four years ago i lost my wallet at the golf course, looked everywhere but lost hope and replaced everything.

so friday morning i got a package, home? still no, but from kade measom. hahaha the dark horse outta no where. =) well i open it up and what do i find?!?! yeah! my wallet with all my ids, and still had money in it!!!! i couldnt believe it. haha blew my mind. so that was really funny and way random.
then we had a massive ping pong tournament with the entire zone. we said we were going to do something this transfer so the hermanas could do something with us, cause usally we go play soccer or something and they cant, cause they would die. so we decided to chill in the capilla and watch a movie, just relax, well it turned into a massive bracket drawn on the board by your favorite elder and all the elders playing ping pong while the sisters cooked hotdog type things. hahaha my bad.... but it was really fun. i made it to the final four. representin U.S.A!!!! then got worked, but still. Brazil won it all.
oh btw, we moved churches. its new but used to be a car show room, so its big, empty and sound carries, REALLY WELL. i was really sore the day after that move. but it was fun. i almost fell of the moving truck. techinally i was pushed. by a closet that i was leaning on and we hit a bump and the truck swayed and the railings only go up to like my shins haha maybe knees, that was an exaggeration;) but yeah, saved myself. =) the missionary protection thing, totally real. trust me. just my stupidity alone has proved its toally true.
so something really funny, sunday was a great day. we brought a little kid to church. he was the only one of a family of 7 that would come and he TOTALLY LOVED IT. all his friends are members already and knew everyone. so that was awesome. anyway. so Juan, the baptism, walked in kinda late but still just on time enough that he could be confirmed. when he walked in were passing the sacrament and loudly says, morning everyone!!!! and continues to shuffle around and put his tie on and jacket. and oh my gosh=) hes crazy. but anyway i got to be in the circle. =) so our branch president is doing it, he says "recieve the holy Ghost" and juan SAYS "gracias" HAHAHAHAHAHAHA so funny. i lost it, on the inside. =) on the outside i couldnt help but crack a tiny smile. but man it was funny. =) and that wasnt the only weird thing he did with prayer that day.
sunday night we went up to cook hotdogs at his house Juan. cause during our lessons he always had a fire going, we teach outside casue he doesnt have light in his house so we use the street light on the other side of the fence. we taught him how to do it with the stick and all that. he had no idea! it blew his brain when we said he didnt need any pot. =) but at the end of the night he was saying the last prayer and was blessing my comp cause he was leaving and was like, bless.... looked at my comp and was like, hey man, whats your name again?? Oh, Bless Elder Hansen. hahha just funny. =) hes a crazy man.

then finally yesterday. it was our cleaning day and my comp decided to get a jump on packing so he was doing that and i hear, oh come on!!!!!!! look at this!!!!! he comes out older a white shirt with a massive bird poop on it. hahahahaha even funnier, it was a week old!!! he was washed it, dried it, and brought it in with the poop on it still! then put it away like it was clean, never noticing!! hahahahahaha the worst things happen to him. its really funny.

Elder Hansen is getting transferred tomorrow though. we leave today. my new comp is Elder Lemmon. i was prayin for a latino. my spanish took a pretty solid blow haha. but imma get it back. =) but yeh. Oh and i hit 11 months in the mission today. fun fact forya=)

oh one funny contact story. i got in a weird mood.... thats how all my good stories usually start. so this kid, about 13 came out and during the contact, he was like saying random stuff in german, lots here speak it. so my comp was talkin to him and at the end of the contact he came up to shake my hand, i looked him in the eye, and said, "blueberry muffin" and smiled, he smiled like oh nice, thanks, and we walked away, and then i lost it. hahaha i laughed, it really hit the funny bone. but that was the only time i did that so dont worry. but it was a good time.
